Permohonan Pembaharuan Pasport Online Menjimatkan Masa

Pembaharuan pasport secara online menjimatkan masa.

Proses pembaharuan pasport mengambil masa yang lama sekiranya dilakukan di pejabat-pejabat imigresen di bandar-bandar utama oleh kerana jumlah urusan yang perlu dilaksanakan amatlah tinggi. Perbezaan dalam tempoh 2 tahun ini menunjukkan peningkatan tahap efisyensi keberkesanan pengurusan di kaunter Jabatan Imigresen UTC, Pudu. Namun satu perkara yang menarik minat kami kali ini adalah pembaharuan pasport secara online yang telah lama dinanti-nantikan.

Permohonan pasport secara online telah dibuka semula pada 1 November 2016 bagi memudahkan urusan pembaharuan semula pasport. Kemudahan ini merupakan kemudahan yang amat diperlukan pada masa ini memandangkan urusan di kaunter-kaunter imigresen amatlah sesak dengan pelbagai urusan selain pengurusan pasport sahaja.

Bagi mereka yang ingin memperbaharui pasport nanti, gunakanlah kemudahan ini bagi memudahkan lagi urusan di kaunter-kaunter pejabat imigresen. Apa yang penting sebelum anda membuat permohonan pastikan anda telah mematuhi segala garis panduan yang ditetapkan bagi mengelakkan sebarang kesulitan. Orang ramai sabar menunggu angka giliran untuk memperbaharui pasport.

Berikut adalah beberapa garis panduan penting sebelum anda membuat permohonan pembaharuan pasport:

Spesifikasi Gambar Pasport:

Spesifikasi gambar ukuran pasport.

• Latar belakang foto MESTI berwarna putih tanpa bayang. Latar belakang menggunakan warna lain tidak akan diterima.
• Pakaian berwarna gelap serta menutupi bahu dan dada
• Bagi perempuan yang memakai tudung kepala atau hijab mesti memakai tudung/hijab yang berwarna gelap dan tidak boleh menutup muka.
• Gambar yang dimuatnaik mestilah dalam bentuk softcopy yang diambil oleh kedai gambar profesional.Gambar polaroid tidak dibenarkan.

*Permohonan yang tidak menepati spesifikasi tidak akan diproses terlebih dahulu dan akan menyebabkan kelewatan semasa pengambilan/serahan passport.

Terma & Syarat:

1. Pemohon mesti berumur 13 tahun keatas yang telah dikeluarkan dengan e-pasport (pasport bercip).

2. Pemohon perlu mengisi maklumat yang benar dan tepat di dalam ruangan yang disediakan dalam sistem. Jika terdapat maklumat/akuan palsu, permohonan akan ditolak dan boleh dikenakan tindakan undang-undang di bawah Seksyen 12(1)(c) Akta Pasport 1966 (Akta 150).

3. Bagi pemohon di bawah umur 18 tahun: Hanya penjaga yang sah yang telah memberi kebenaran semasa permohonan yang terdahulu dibenarkan membuat permohonan secara atas talian. Penjaga yang sah perlu hadir di pejabat imigresen semasa pengambilan pasport tersebut. Jika penjaga tidak hadir bersama, pasport tersebut tidak akan diserahkan.

4. Pemohon mesti memuatnaik gambar/foto bersaiz pasport yang terbaharu.

5. Bayaran boleh dibuat menggunakan kad kredit/debit terus (FPX). Kadar bayaran adalah seperti berikut:

     i. Permohonan Biasa 13 - 59 tahun : RM 200

     ii. Warga Emas (60 tahun keatas) : RM100

6. Pemohon perlu hadir sendiri untuk mengambil pasport dengan mengemukakan kad pengenalan, pasport sedia ada dan resit bayaran. Tiada wakil dibenarkan.

7. Kegagalan mengemukakan dokumen atau hadir akan menyebabkan pasport tidak akan diserah.

8. Pasport pembaharuan di dalam keadaan biasa sahaja

9. Buku Pasport mestilah didalam keadaan baik (tidak rosak ,berconteng, terkena air).

Keperluan Tambahan:

1. Bagi pemohon di bawah umur 18 tahun perlu membawa sijil kelahiran dan penjaga yang sah yang telah memberi kebenaran perlu hadir bersama.

2. Sekiranya pemohon atau penjaga tidak hadir semasa kutipan pasport, pasport tersebut tidak akan diserahkan.

PEMBERITAHUAN

1. Sekiranya terdapat masalah untuk melaksanakan pembayaran anda perlu membuat semakan dengan bank kerana proses pembayaran adalah urusan pihak bank.

2. Sekiranya terdapat masalah gambar yang telah di muat naik, anda boleh datang ke pejabat JIM untuk mengambil gambar semula di Pejabat Pemungut.

3. Sekiranya permohonan di dapati keluar mesej 'Sila Rujuk Pejabat Imigresen', bermaksud permohonan anda tidak boleh dilaksanakan secara online disebabkan oleh :-

  3.1 Cap jari anda yang tersimpan telah rosak/tiada dan perlu dilakukan pengambilan semula supaya tidak akan ada masalah nanti semasa penggunaan cap jari di pintu masuk/keluar.

  

 3.2 Anda tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat seperti yang telah dimaklumkan dalam laman web 'MyOnline*Pasport'.

  

   3.3 Maklumat yang dimasukan tidak tepat/bercanggah dalam sistem.

Pembayaran:

Pembayaran segala kos pembaharuan dibuat secara online menggunakan kad kredit ataupun kad debit.

Tempoh Siap Pasport:

Pemohon perlu memilih untuk mengambil pasport yang telah siap di pejabat pengeluar pasport yang disenaraikan di dalam sistem. Manakala tarikh dan masa pula ditentukan berdasarkan hari dan masa permohonan dibuat.

Permohonan yang dibuat sebelum jam 3 petang hari bekerja akan menerima pasport mereka pada hari yang sama. Manakala permohonan selepas jam 3 petang pula akan diserahkan pada jam 10 pagi hari bekerja berikutnya.

Permohonan pemabahruan pasport di kaunter Jabatan Imigresen merupakan antara permohonan tertinggi selain daripada permohonan baru. Jadi melalui perkhidmatan ini kadar urusan di kaunter dapat dikurangkan hampir separuh.
